As a healthcare professional and the supposed leading expert on all things myself, I never thought that there were aspects of my mental wellbeing that I was unfamiliar with. Oh dear God, did I need therapy.
So here it is: the good, the bad, the ugly of therapy and my ongoing journey to mental wellness. Dr. Student, RN reporting for duty.
